The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of Madrid, and close to key shopping areas. The rooms are kept very clean, some with balconies offering a charming touch. The service is top-notch with great hospitality provided. However, the dining experience could be improved, and the hotel might benefit from being closer to the SOL metro station. Overall, a great value for the price.
